We’re committed to delivering safe, reliable power energy to our customers. Sometimes there are situations beyond our control such as storms, traffic accidents and damage to power lines. We work to restore power as quickly as possible after these events.
We know being without power is inconvenient, and we’re committed to early alerts and quick responses. To help minimize the inconvenience of an outage, we encourage you to:
- Get prepared for any emergency — have a plan and create an emergency kit.
- Download the MyPSE app to track and report power outages in your neighborhood and check on estimated restoration times.
- Stay informed during power outages at the Alerts and advisories page.
- Learn more about outage notifications.
In order to keep our communities and employees safe and healthy, our crews follow proper COVID-19 public health guidelines to make sure we are there for you when the power is out. These additional safety precautions in the office and field could lead to longer restoration times, and we appreciate your understanding and support as we take these necessary steps.
